  • How do I get a quote?
    You can get a quote in a few simple steps. You can either fill out our contact form here. Or drop us an email at info@eagles-wallcovering.ca. Once we know what paintwork you would like done, we will provide you with a free quote. If we are within your budget, we can arrange for a formal visit to confirm the costs. Following that, we will help you find a convenient date to start.
  • Is the company insured?
    Insurance coverage for the company is 2,000,000
  • What's included in my quote?
    We will provide you with a quote that includes the cost of labour and wallpaper cost. Alternatively, if you already have the supplies, we can solely charge for labour costs. So, you know what you’re paying for, we give a detailed breakdown of the costs. Therefore, you can be confident you’re getting an accurate estimate for the works.
  • How big is your team?
    We are a humble company with focus on excellence in installation and superior customer service. We take the utmost pride in our work. As a result, Victor Gutierrez personally oversees all contracts. We also have two additional skilled wallcovering installation specialists.
  • What’s the availability of your workers?
    We are ready when you are. As a result, our workers are always local and available. In addition, we work with lots of local suppliers. Therefore, we keep lead times and delays to a minimum.
  • Where are you willing to travel?
    Most of our work is in Lower Mainland and all British Columbia. However, it is always best to contact us. This way, we can discuss your needs and find a suitable date. Our schedule may vary from day to day, but our commitment to service means we will do our utmost to accommodate your project.
  • What happens if my wallpaper is installed defectively?
    If we provide a defective wallcovering installation, we make repairs or replacements at our expense and as quickly as possible. In the case of the material itself being defective, we will liaise with the supplier directly. This confirms whether it’s possible to install the material in the current state, or if it requires a replacement. Some walls receive damage by a tear or a spill after installation. If this is the case, we will do all we can do help with the wall restoration process. Whatever the reason for the mishaps, our expert wall restoration ensures that we return your wall to their former glory.
  • Do you offer a warranty?
    Yes! We have total confidence in our workers. However, for added peace of mind, we offer a 2-years work guarantee. Our guarantee covers any defects/faults down to poor craftsmanship, such as peeling, cracking, or bubbling wallpaper. We will be happy to rectify the work free of charge if this happens.
  • Do you carry insurance?
    Yes! Our workers are insured to work in Lower Mainland. Therefore, we can work on your property safely, reliably and to a high standard.
  • How much do wallpaper services cost?
    The cost to wallpaper a room varies dependent on the size of the room. We will visit the place to complete a survey and provide you with a detailed breakdown of the cost.   • Are the decorators employed by you?
    Yes, all our experienced decorators are directly employed by West Coast Eagles Wallcovering.
  • Can I leave decorators on their own to work?
    Absolutely, our team are more than happy to work alone at your property. They are all background checked and have a valid DBS check
  • How do I pay for my project?

  • How long does it take to get started?
    We aim to start the job at the time that best suits you. We will let you know our first available start date once your booking is confirmed.
  • What happens if I change my mind?
    You can cancel your booking and get a full refund of your deposit within 7 days of confirming your booking. You can also make changes and additions to your scheduled works.
